I’m Simona Westeel, the founder of Recharge Wellness Studio, based in Calahonda, Costa del Sol. 

From a very young age, I felt that health, energy, emotions, and the human mind were deeply connected. Even as a teenager, around the age of 13, I was already exploring practices like hypnosis, NLP, meditation, and different ways the body and mind influence each other.

Growing up in a household steeped in holistic practices, I was fortunate to have my father—a gifted acupuncturist, healer, and osteopath—as my guide. He introduced me the principles of healing that prioritize the mind-body connection. Later it became a solid foundation for Traditional Chinese Medicine and Osteopathy studies. 

 With over 20 years of dedicated exploration...I didn’t just study techniques — I experimented, observed, practiced. I was constantly searching for ways to better understand balance in the body, emotional wellbeing, energy system, stress, and healing. Every new course, training, and method added another piece to the bigger picture.

I have lived in Thailand for 3 years and travelled to Malaysia, Japan, Latvia to explore the world and study more. My wide range of studies and practical experience allows me to combine different tools instead of forcing one rigid system onto every person. I believe healing and recovery should feel supportive,  and natural — not overwhelming.
